ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AD VALOREM TAX EXEMPTION
Shall the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral be authorized to grant, pursuant to s. 3, Art VII of the State Constitution, property tax exemptions to new businesses and expansions of existing businesses?

INDIALANTIC TOWN CHARTER AMENDMENT
SECTION 3.02, TOWN CHARTER
If the Town Manager is temporarily absent from the Town or disabled, the Charter provides the only the Town Clerk may be appointed to serve as Action Town Manager. This amendment provides that the Town Manager may designate the Town Clerk or another Town department head to serve as the Acting Town Manager during the Town Manager's absence or disability. If the Town Council objects, the Council may appoint a different Town employee or official.

MELBOURNE BEACH TOWN CHARTER AMENDMENT
SECTION 8.09, TOWN CHARTER
Currently monies can only be placed in a bank and disbursed by check. The amendment will allow monies, except pension funds, to be placed or invested as approved by the Town Commission; provided, Florida law is also complied with. Money will be permitted to be disbursed by check, wire transfer, and by other means provided records are kept and directives of the Auditor General and generally accepted accounting rules are followed.

Shall Satellite Beach amend its charter by making editorial revisions throughout to (a) provide clarity and (b) delete provisions deemed obsolete, redundant, or unnecessary during the citizens' charter review process?

REFERENDUM 2. AMENDING CITY CHARTER TO AMEND COUNCIL/MAYOR TERMS AND LENGTH OF SERVICE
Shall Satellite Beach amend its charter to (a) increase council/mayor terms from 3 years to 4 years, staggering terms to coincide with gubernatorial and presidential elections to eliminate costs to the City associated with off-year elections; and (b) increase the council/mayor's maximum years of continuous service from 8 years to 10 years?
