Both the State Senate District 26 and Rockledge Mayor races appeared on some ballots; however, write-in candidate Francisco G. Banos withdrew from the State Senate District 26 race on 9/23/02, so Howard Futch was automatically elected, and candidate Thomas J. Kelly withdrew from the Rockledge Mayor race on 9/26/02, so Larry L. Schultz was automatically elected. No votes were tabulated in either of these races.
On 10/29/02 candidate Judy Petralia withdrew from the Palm Bay Council Seat 5 race. No votes were tabulated for her.
Precincts listed below with an asterisk (*) are the portions of split precincts which voted on the Port St. John incorporation referendum. The portions of the precincts without the asterisk did not vote on the referendum. The list of street addresses in split precincts to which the referendum applied can be found here.
NOTE: In order to fit the 8 1/2 X 18 ballot into a 8 1/2 X 11 space, a great deal of reduction was required. You can use Acrobat Reader's Zoom In Tool (the icon that looks like a magnifying glass) to make the ballot more readable on your screen.
