ARTICLE VI, SECTION 6.01 DENSITY LIMITS
Shall the City of Cocoa Beach be limited to a density no greater than ten (10) units per acre for permanent occupancy nor greater than twenty-eight (28) units per acre for transient accommodations. Buildings in existence or with approved construction permit on November 30, 2000, shall not be denied the right to repair or rebuild to the density and equivalent habitable configuration originally constructed.

ARTICLE VI, SECTION 6.04 BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT
Shall structures, including parts and attachments, be limited to a height no greater than FORTY-FIVE feet above crown of road. Buildings in existence or with approved construction permit on May 1, 2001 shall not be denied right to repair or rebuild to originally constructed height and equivalent habitable configuration. Cape Canaveral Hospital may build to a height of 85 feet above mean sea level on existing hospital site.
