Shall the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners be authorized to increase the ad valorem tax millage rate in the unincorporated area law enforcement municipal services taxing unit from .8815 mills to a rate not to exceed 1.65 mills in order to fund the Sheriff's request for additional deputies and equipment to provide increased law enforcement services in the unincorporated area of Brevard County?
