Brevard County Supervisor of Elections Lori Scott is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Launch the Vote Student Art Contest.  Supervisor Scott will again partner with Chick-fil-A on this contest that increases awareness about the privilege and importance of voting.  Brevard County 4th and 5th grade students are challenged to let their patriotic spirit shine and use their creativity to express their enthusiasm about voting.  "This is more than just an art competition, this is an opportunity to have a conversation with children about voting." said Supervisor Scott.

Students are invited to create a Launch the Vote themed patriotic poster that will inspire voter participation. Each Student may submit one entry to any of the four Elections Office locations by 5:00 p.m. on September 15, 2015.

Exciting prize packages for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winning entries will be provided by Chick-fil-A. Winning designs will be displayed in the Supervisor of Elections Viera Office for a year and in Brevard County Chick-fil-A locations during the month of October. Complete details, contest entry forms and instructions are available at www.VoteBrevard.com. Winning entries will be announced in October.
