Early Voting Location Moved Due to Red Tide

The beachside Early Voting polling site is being moved from Canova Park to Satellite Beach Public Library

Viera, FL – October 24, 2018 – Due to the outbreak of red tide impacting Brevard County, the Early Voting location at Irene H. Canova Park Clubhouse has been relocated to the Satellite Beach Public Library. The library is located at 751 Jamaica Blvd. in Satellite Beach. Early Voting in Brevard County begins on Saturday, October 27th and runs through November 3rd.

“I am thankful for the partnership with Brevard County Libraries. When it was identified that the Canova Park site wasn’t going to be acceptable the team at the Satellite Beach Public Library immediately rearranged their schedule to make the meeting room available,” said Supervisor of Elections Lori Scott.

Brevard County has eight days of Early Voting at nine locations throughout the county. Early Voting sites will be open on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
