ONE CENT (1%) LOCAL GOVERNMENT INFRASTRUCTURE SALES SURTAX
Shall the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners levy an additional one cent (1%) sales surtax for twenty years to finance, plan, and construct local government infrastructure projects including school, public safety, environmental, cultural and transportation improvements to include land acquisition; public facilities; technological enhancements, and to pay debt service on bonds issued for such purposes, with the proceeds to be divided between the county, cities and school board in the manner prescribed by law?

- Where required to meet the law for a wash-through or similar grade level passage for storm surges, existing buildings lost to a casualty event may be rebuilt to the existing height plus up to the height of the wash-through if necessary to maintain the same density with the same habitable area or gross square footage?
