Telephone Bank Operator Information

Telephone Bank Operator Information

As a Telephone Bank Operator, you perform an important role in the election process, serve your community, meet new people, and earn money.

Telephone Bank Operators provide precinct personnel with voter registration status and ensure the voter is in the correct precinct. Pay varies from $10-$13, depending on the position assigned. All operators are required to attend a 2-hour paid training session and must be able to work a 12-hour shift (7 a.m. through 7 p.m.) on Election Day. The Phone Bank supervisor will determine scheduled breaks and a lunch period. Please note that some telephone bank locations are not conveniently close to restaurants or stores so please come prepared for the entire day, bringing lunch, supper and any other necessities such as medicine, etc.
