Returning Partners Welcome Back!
(Note: Organizations
that publicly support or oppose a candidate or issue on the ballot are not
eligible for the Adopt-A-Precinct Program. Florida law prohibits poll workers serving in a precinct from being
composed solely of one political party.)
|
Our Adopt-A-Precinct Partners deserve special recognition for raising a combined total of $112,726 to fund community initiatives by staffing precincts on Election Day. Due to your dedication and support, we are able to continue this highly successful program.
As recruitment continues for the 2017 Election cycle, all returning Adopt-A-Precinct partners must complete a new Adopt-A-Precinct Agreement and designate an Adopt-A-Precinct Contact. The contact serves as the liaison between your organization and our office. It is the responsibility of the Adopt-A-Precinct contact to recruit poll workers for their assigned polling location and submit all correspondence by the deadline dates. All poll workers are required to attend mandatory training prior to each election. Our office will contact you with your scheduled class and confirm your polling location.
